Every item has a source
Provenance on every item: the app it came from, the author, the dates, and a link back to the original.
Versions you can restore
Every edit to a note keeps the version before it, with who changed it and when. Restoring one keeps the text it replaces.
Yours to organise
Rename, set sensitivity and visibility, including Only me, and group by space. Deleted items wait in trash for 30 days before they can be purged.

The Versions tab lists each earlier version with who edited it and when. View one, or restore it.
